Angelina Jolie at a loss for words after questions about Bosnia adoption at 'In the Land of Blood and Honey' premiere

has red carpet composure down to an art — unless you ask her about adoption. At Monday’s New York premiere of her directorial debut, “In the Land of Blood and Honey,” the only time we saw the ethereal beauty at a — brief — loss for words was when we asked if she’d consider adopting from Bosnia, where she shot the war-themed drama.

“There’s, I, you know, it’s not something that’s, uh, that I’ve thought of,” Jolie stammered. But she did say she was working with SOS Children’s Villages to help support a Bosnian child through sales of the film’s soundtrack, “and in other ways.”

If Jolie did add to her brood of six, it sounds like her partner Brad Pitt’s mother wouldn’t be opposed. Jane Pitt, who attended the premiere at the School of Visual Arts, said the couple “are crazy about the kids” and that the 36-year-old actress “can do it all.”

TRACY MORGAN, we hardly knew ye. The comic tells Rolling Stone that “the best moment of the year was the night that I offed Bin Laden.” In the magazine’s year-in-review piece, “2011: What Just Happened?” Morgan says: “Obama called me and said I need an account cashed in. I said, ‘Who?’ He said Bin Laden, and I went and clipped the guy with my .38.” Morgan also says that after he took out the terrorist mastermind, “the theme from ‘The Love Boat’ came on,” and that he “wasn’t surprised to find tons of porno in there. I knew the guy was a widdy-biddy-bing-bong freak like me.” At least that’s one thing he’s being honest about. The magazine hits stands later this week.

SONJA MORGAN is adding a new title to her résumé: caterer. A source close to “The Real Housewives of New York City” star tells us Morgan has come up with a name for her catering company that has been in the works for some time: “Sonja in the City.”

We hear that Morgan, who discussed her work for a toaster-oven cookbook on the last season of the Bravo show, already has some gigs lined up in New York City, including a celebration in mid-December with her pals Josh Kilmer Purcell and Brent Ridge, formerly of “The Fabulous Beekman Boys.” The party will fete their Beekman 1802 lifestyle line and website. No word on whether the party — and Morgan’s catering — will be filmed for her reality show.
