Bristol Palin Will Write Memoir, Due Out in June

Odd though it may seem, Bristol Palin will be coming out with her memoirs, and many are questioning exactly what will fill up 304 pages about the twenty-year-old.
It may not seem like Bristol Palin would have enough to talk about if she were to release her memoirs at this young age, but apparently the 20-year-old daughter of former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin isn’t letting that stop her. She has, after all, appeared on national television and gone through the process of watching her mom run for national office. According to a listing on Amazon.com, Bristol will pen her memoirs or, more likely, have someone else actually do the "penning."

The memoir is apparently set to be put forth by William Morrow & Co., a subsidiary of publishing giant HarperCollins. The latter also published Sarah Palin’s first book, "Going Rogue: An American Life" and her second work, "America by Heart: Reflections on Family, Faith and Flag." But while Sarah probably had plenty to write about, it’s not entirely clear what stories will grace the pages of Bristol’s book. There were few details offers by Amazon.com, and Palin herself had no comment to the media or via her Facebook page.

Despite an apparent lack of material, the book is set to be 304 pages and will be priced at $25.99. The comments on Amazon.com were fairly indicative of what the overall reaction to this news likely will be, with one commenter noting, "I thought the person that told me about this was kidding." Another wrote, "What kind of memoir could a twenty year old possibly write? What kind of insight could she have into her life? She hasn’t had the distance of time to judge her own actions."
